Met Costume Gala

I just finally got to look at pictures from the Met Costume Gala, and most of the dresses were pretty meh. Even my favorite Leighton Meester disappointed me. Anyway I think Amy Poehler looked really good, I love her show Parks and Recreation too, this season is super good! I'm happy to see AP here fancy and not in her usual frumpy costumes.

Gorgeous Morgan Fairchild

I was looking for a head shot of Morgan Fairchild recently and came across these gems. I think she is beautiful, but her hair often makes her look really cheesy. 20s hat is a good solution...or 70s hat I guess. Is she at Studio 54 or a party at the Hearst Castle, we don't know!

My New Favorite Desired Accessory

The shiny gold-tone butterfly skull cocktail ring from Alexander McQueen. Did you know they sell McQueen on Zappos.com? I didn't, but they have this on Zappos for the same price as at the store, however, Zappos has sales....good sales....there are some cool McQueen rings for sale there now, check it out!

My New Favorite Accessory

I just got these glasses (mine are more blueish) at LA Eyeworks, the frame style is Echo Park and they are the style of frames Britney Spears wore in the Womanizer video...I'm in "good" company. The glasses are hand made and are totally gorgeous. For more info check out the website

Holy Crap

I didn't know about these Alexander McQueen clutches....me want. Also this reminds me of McQueen related images that I have not scanned to put on the blog because I've been too busy. Blargh, anyhow, I hate clutches, but these make me want to cry. I think rings are available with these skulls as well. If you are wondering what I am so busy with...I'm having a Black Swan-like obsession with finding an authentic used in good condition Marni balloon bag from Fall 2010. Yeah....yeah...
