While in France, I couldn't help but notice the brand Saint-James. It is a high quality prep-nautical brand, that is both stylish and practical for the often cold coastal climates of France. I love that the clothes are simple and classic, but also have really lovely details like the large pearl buttons, which gives it a feminine elegance which usually isn't seen in most nautical wear.
