Emmy Rossum in a Carolina Herrera starry night gown
Julianne Hough in a Tony Ward couture starry night gown (sensing a theme?)
And Katy Perry in Valentino. People thought it was matronly, but honestly this is probably what I would have opted for. It is WINTER for heaven's sake! Just because it is LA doesn't mean the rules of Winter fashion do not apply.
